After sales support begins before your purchase even leaves our shop. Your machinery will have been checked by our trained mechanics and will be loaded carefully to withstand the journey so that it arrives ready for work.
Our mechanics travel throughout the Philippines to ensure that machines are set up correctly and the operators understand how use and maintain your machinery so that it has a long, trouble-free life. A free Operator’s Manual provides a handy permanent reference.
We often conduct training on our premises before the machine leaves but, if that is not possible, we can do virtual training. For most machines, there is a training video available and we are also happy to talk you through any concerns you may have on the phone. In fact, we are available 24/7 for technical support because we know that your call could be urgent.
Every machine has wearing parts and our Parts Department, with its range of over 19,600 lines, stocks the most commonly needed parts for all the machines we sell so there should be no delay in servicing your needs. If there is an unusual request however, then the part will be sourced in the UK and airfreighted over.
Perhaps most importantly, we have knowledgeable staff who have been trained on the machinery we sell and are able to advise and support you with courtesy and confidence.
